Overyatskiy Plant of Reinforced Concrete Structures is an enterprise specializing in the production of reinforced concrete structures (RC) for industrial and civil construction. It was built in the 1950s according to the Lengiprotrans project. The initial capacity of the plant was 15 thous. cub. m of products per year. In the future, the institute was engaged in the improvement of the plant and the development of additional production facilities.
In 1957, a project was carried out to organize the production of prestressed contact network supports and communication line supports. At the same time, the plant's capacity increased to 30 thousand. cub. m of products per year.
In 1963, a workshop was built for the production of contact network supports and lengthy products, after which the plant's capacity increased to 50 thousand tonnes. cub. m of products per year.
In 1977, the plant was expanded to ensure the construction of transport facilities necessary for the development of oil and gas fields in the regions of the Tyumen region. The total capacity of the plant increased to 180 thous. cub. m of products per year, including 130 thousand. cub. m per year of airfield pavement slabs. The slabs were manufactured using a conveyor method. For this, in 1980, a new 4-span production building, a production and amenity building, a concrete mixing workshop, warehouses for cement, aggregates and finished products were designed and built on the territory of the plant.
Among other things, the Overyata station was reconstructed, 3 residential buildings, a hostel and a school were built.
