The Ulyanka passenger stop is located on the 12th km of the Baltic line of the Oktyabrskaya railway. The directions St. Petersburg - Kalische and St. Petersburg - Gatchina-Baltiyskaya pass through it.
The project of the stopping point was prepared by Lengiprotrans in order to develop passenger facilities of the Leningrad (now St. Petersburg) railway junction in 1960-1970.
The most significant objects of the stopping point:
• a pavilion with an area of 1537 cubic meters. m;
• tunnel 21 m long.
