In the 1980s, the Architectural and Construction Department (now the Department of Industrial and Civil Buildings and Structures) of Lengiprotrans designed a large number of multi-purpose buildings. In particular, a project was prepared for the reconstruction of dormitory building No. 4 of the sanatorium named after the XX Party Congress in Kislovodsk.
