Chernyakhovsk is a railway station on the Kaliningrad-Kaunas line in the city of the same name in the Kaliningrad region.
In the late 1990s - early 2000s, Lengiprotrans developed a project for electrical interlocking (EC) with partial track reconstruction at the Chernyakhovsk station.
In the course of the survey, soil and geological surveys, laboratory analyzes of soil and water, and mine workings were carried out. Intersections and longitudinal profiles, a master plan of utilities for the station were developed.
The following were designed at the station:
• control apparatus and EC post;
• connection of communications to EC posts;
• power supply of EC posts;
• fire water supply networks;
• communication networks, low voltage and outdoor lighting;
• pumping station;
• improvement of the sites of the central control point and transformer substations;
• water outlets from centralized points;
• wagon scales with a weighing booth;
• traffic light bridges;
• the track part of the even-numbered neck of the passenger fleet, the track part of the passenger and even-numbered receiving and departure fleets with the removal of engineering networks;
• service road.
