In the 1980s, Lengiprotrans prepared a project for automatic blocking on the Švencheneliai - Dukshtas section of the Lithuanian railway.

Vilnius is a railway station in the capital of Lithuania. The following directions pass through it: St. Petersburg-Baltic - Vilnius, Moscow-Smolenskaya - Kaliningrad-Passenger, Vilnius - Lida, Vilnius - Marcinkonis.

In the period 1956-1970, Lengiprotrans designed signaling and communication devices at the station. Relay centralization with route control of switches and signals was introduced, the technology of automation, telemechanics and communication devices was improved.

Kaunas - Virbalis (Kybartai station) - a section of the Lithuanian railway.

In the period 1946-1955, Lengiprotrans developed a semi-automatic blocking on the site. This is a system for regulating the movement of trains, allowing only one train to run.

In the post-war years, Lentransproekt's Bridges Department (since 1951 - Lengiprotrans) was engaged not only in the restoration of destroyed objects in the Baltic republics, but also in the design of new artificial structures in connection with the needs of the developing transport system.

In the period 1945–1952, the institute prepared a project for a new capital bridge across the Jura River in Lithuania.

In the 1980s, Lengiprotrans carried out design and survey work for the construction of a departure park at Vilnius-Sortirovochnaya station. Transverse and longitudinal profiles, leveling marks were prepared, curves were calculated.

Siauliai station is connected by suburban traffic with Mazeikiai, Radviliskis, Klaipeda, Panevezys, Rokiskis stations. Also, passenger trains on the directions Vilnius - Klaipeda, Vilnius - Siauliai and Siauliai - Kaunas pass through it.

In the postwar years, the main forces of Lengiprotrans were directed to the restoration of railway infrastructure throughout the country. In particular, the Siauliai railway junction of the Lithuanian Railway was reconstructed.

In 1970-1980, Lengiprotrans carried out design and survey work for the construction of a new marshalling yard in the Vilnius railway junction. Engineering and geological materials were prepared for the technical project.

Klaipeda Port is the northernmost ice-free port on the Eastern coast of the Baltic Sea in Lithuania. In the 1980s, Lengiprotrans developed a ferry crossing in the port, which significantly accelerates the loading and unloading of ferries with direct rolling and rolling of cars on two tiers of bridges with parallel operation of two locomotives. This provided a 2-2.5-fold reduction in the ferry processing time.

In 1970-1980, Lengiprotrans developed a project for rebuilding the narrow-gauge line Svencheneliai - Utena - Panevezys to a wide track of 1520 mm.

In the course of the work, geotechnical surveys and exploration of open pits at the site were carried out, a production well for water was prepared.

The following objects were designed on the site:
• track complex of the Utena - Rubikiai section: reconstruction of 0.4 kV overhead lines, crossings of air-cable communication lines and radio;

In the 1980s, Lengiprotrans developed a project for an overpass at the intersection of Rasu Street with the highway from Vishinskiy Street to Vanagelio Street in Vilnius.

A summary calculation of the cost and estimate calculations was made, technical and economic indicators were developed. Power supply was also designed at the facility.
